I’m really happy with these bouillon cubes, for many reasons. They’re so easy to use and I’m glad they don’t include any chicken in them. I think that since they left that out, they worked extra hard at making sure they tasted extra good!
I made a delicious pureed spinach soup in my soup maker using the Not Chicken Bouillon as a base and it added a great flavor and was so good! I also love that they are vegan, gluten-free and they don’t include any palm oil, either.
Sometimes I just use them to make a hot cup of broth to sip on, especially if my throat is a little sore. I like to add a squeeze of fresh lemon, too, yum! The taste and flavor of the broth is really yummy, even just on its own.
